Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rebar Cage Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and be able to work with others as well as independently as well as have the ability to be sufficient in there work. Have experience working in a factory or warehouse environment and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively assemble various components. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are assembled efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.

  • Operate hand tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.

  • Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals.

  • Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.

  • Assist in the assembling of parts as needed, demonstrating flexibility in tasks.

  • We need insure in a positive and fun work environment as well as self-motivator

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.

  • Proficiency in using hand tools relevant to assembly tasks.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.

  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

  • On time attendance is a must (hours are 6:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • Overtime

  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

  • Attendance bonus

  • Overtime pay

Experience:

  • Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)

  • Factory: 1 year (Required)

  • Quality control: 1 year (Preferred)
